This was my first time living in an apartment & NEVER again. My boyfriend got his window busted out and they did nothing about it. A couple months later, TWO of my neighbors got their Cadillac convertible stolen off their vehicles. Disgusting apartments, criminally negligent maintenance, staff, and management. Relies on lazy code enforcement and low/no fines to endanger people for profit.

Toilet is still broken 3 weeks later. Had a neighbor move out last week just for other people to move in 2 days later. They didnt clean that apartment. They harass people and dont care about your children. Dawn Richardson is the manager.

First off I would not be putting in this negative review if they would have just given me the respect of a phone call and not just sent me a pat email. I was told for over a week my application looked good, there should be no problem approving me. I asked that as soon as they had an answer to call me. They sent me an email stating that my credit score was not enough, which I told them because of $90,000 worth of medical bills.
