They demand that the door to the laundry room be locked at all times, but they never provided us with a key and are making it almost impossible to get a new one. Ridiculous

Parking lots on a steep hill making it hazardous getting in and out. At night most of the lots dark cause there's not enough lighting, making it potentially dangerous. Dumpsters are never emptied properly meaning garbage gets everywhere. The hallways are always dirty and smell like urine. Neighbors are loud and make lots of noise day and night. A pitbull attacked me and a friend and its owners did nothing. One time the washer broke down and the woman at the desk said it wasn't her problem. Do not rent here.

The outside of the buildings are poorly maintained with visible damage, and the dumpsters are never properly emptied. The laundry rooms are littered with trash and the machines break down a lot. After calling the office they said it wasn't their responsibility. One couple terrorizes everyone with their violent pitbull who attacked me and a friend. Crown Heights needs to be shut down.
