Great staff !
I hate to say it but they have the worst service department. If you have a Genesis and need to schedule service for a recall it will never happen. Either you get voice mail or someone who says they will schedule it and call you. They never call you back. I've been trying to get service since March. I've even involved the district service center. The cars may be great but if you ever need service you are screwed.

We brought our 2022 Genesis G70 to Crown Genesis in St. Petersburg on June 18th to fix two issues under warranty: the air conditioning and a fogging headlight caused by a poor seal. We just picked the car up on July 8th—after THREE weeks—only to find they completely ignored the headlight issue. Now, the passenger headlight has electrical failures due to the same condensation that was originally reported.
