Service was fine but took too long! A brand new loaner was provided.

My service advisor Drake went above and beyond during my service visit to take care of me. I had to drop off my GV80 for repair and I was able to text with Drake on progress and he always responded right away. He had my car detailed and delivered to my home when it was done. Crown also took care of an Uber ride back to my home after leaving my car for service. I live out of the ride area but they did it anyway. Good customer service and good experience.
The AC on my 2023 Genesis GV70 had warm air blowing form the vents. Made an appointment with Crown Genesis Service with Drake Alexander as my service advisor. Drake was exceptional with the easy intake, smooth communication with the progress on my repair. My vehicle needed an evaporator assembly that was covered under warranty. Vehicle returned fully repaired and completely cleaned and detailed in three days. Definitely received the Genesis 5 Star Service!
