Not worth the money The leasing office and management will take money from you at every turn. Any post that is positive is because they send out emails for raffle tickets for free movie tickets and dinner if you post a "positive review". LIVE SOMEWHERE ELSE
Nightmare! They are controlling, constantly entering the unit; they let you know it is not your home; you are a renter! I saw many people move out and move in. They finish their leases and leave! Many people can't stand it there! The traffic never stops coming and going in and out of the access gates. They have a parking problem! Bug problems, even though they spray every 10 weeks, spiders and snakes, lizards, rats, ants galore! They charge $400 deposit, which they deduct from your deposit cleaning fees and water. Miserable Experience I stayed here for a short period last year and the front desk is an absolute nightmare to work with. They are nice until you give them money/sign a lease but are immediately rude and have no compassion if you approach them with any issues. I ended up paying way more than initially agreed upon. Don't sign a lease here unless you enjoy dealing with the most rude people you can imagine for the foreseeable future.
Crown Forest Apartments Crown Forest Apartments are in a great location. I have lived in both one and two bedroom units here (one downstairs, the other upstairs) and both had nice layouts to maximize the space. However, if you live in a downstairs unit you can hear everything from the unit above you, not enough insulation between floors. The units do have up to date finishes and high ceilings. Overall great apartments.
