Diligently shopped with my designer for wall to wall carpet, bound rug, and sisal stair runner with border. Went with crown carpet because Alex said he gave me best price considering what I wanted. Paid for deposit in February. When I followed up months later on status he was confused with the border I was talking about and that it was discontinued. Alex installed a basement floor for me over a tile floor that had been damaged by water. His advice on materials and selection was invaluable. The work quality was excellent and done on time. He kept me informed of when materials were arriving and personally supervised the installation. I thought the price was very fair. I highly recommend him.
Crown Flooring Center did a fantastic job in sourcing and installing carpeting throughout our home as part of a remodeling project. Initially I posted a positive review but I must take it back. Alex uses shoddy installers for his work and will not supervise installation. Instead of fixing bumps in my floor, he proposed hacks including using roofing material? When questioned, his response was "I work with upscale clients in McClean who don't question or bargain". Now he's refusing to give a receipt for the hardwood we paid for and is resorting to constant foul language. Shame on you Alex. Very pleased with all aspects! What a pleasure compared to other flooring and carpet stores, especially Home Depo! Alex was very knowledgeable and came out to the house himself to be sure we were getting the correct product to match previous flooring. His crew, Park and Pedro were quick, careful, thorough with all the details, and very pelasant to work with.
