We were struggling to find flooring with our new build with a company that had the flooring we wanted and also offered customer service. We are so lucky to have found Meredith to help us with our selections. She knows her products extremely well and offered the ultimate experience in service. I had to put off a flooring job at a building I was doing some work on, and almost a year later they still had all the measurements on file for the flooring I needed. I dropped in to look at a couple carpeting samples, was helped by the two very nice young ladies in the front office and was back out the door in under 15 minutes. I've used them in the past, and I will use them again in the future. They are fair and trustworthy business people.
They over sell materials and say they will take back less 20% . I returned all materials back to them and never received my money . Girl in office is also incredibly rude would not recommend this company
