Racist workers. My cousin came here the other day to get her ring sized and the way she was spoken to by this old lady who works there was not okay. I don’t understand why she told my cousin not speak her native language with her husband I find that incredibly rude and inappropriate. What’s amazing is, Colin is onsite at their store, you can speak to him directly about your designs and ideas. The team also shared their ideas which was great. Had a great experience with Jade at Chermside. I came in a rush as I was on my way to a wedding and needed a solution to my broken chain clip. In a matter of a minute, Jade was able to have it bent back into original condition. I couldn’t thank Jade and the team at Crown Family Jewellers enough. Need more customer service like this!
