Wow is All I can say! Absolutely amazing response to our problem. We recently had some mice get in and they decided to have a little family of their own....not so cute. I called Nicole at the Dixon office and she helped us out. She was amazing to work with. She took the time to listen and here our issue, unlike some other companies in the Sauk Valley area. I have been using this service for a few years. Definitely helps keep spiders away. AJ came and treated today very fast and friendly.
We have used them since we bought the house a few years ago, but ever since they were bought out we have had nothing but problems. Both of us work long hours during the day. We usually get a text at 4pm the day before they want to come out next day to do service with no estimated time. When we get ahold of someone they say they will call when on their way, doesn't happen. We have called multiple times to get them to call and they can't seem to get it right.
