Donald Shelton was a fabulous service provider! Efficient, quick quality service!!
Don Shelton is a great service advisor, he calls and give updates on the service of my vehicle from start to finish.
Our service adviser, Anthony Beyley was excellent. Unfortunately, the dealership needs to do a better job with customer communications. I had to call 4 times to get through to my service representative. Several other customers complained while I was leaving my vehicle for service.
Andy Mrasz has been our go to service person at Crown Mercedes for several years. He’s the best! Always very helpful, knowledgeable and thoughtful. We feel confident that with Andy we’ll always get the best & most efficient service for our car!
