The Chattanooga Jeep dealership is awful. Held our car 12 days, would not return calls.
Beware. Employees that I dealt with were dishonest beyond acceptable level. This business runs on maximizing profits no matter what. They straight lied about services they performed. I used this dealership twice, and both times, I walked away, dissappinted. I went to Tampa dealership, and even in Tampa, people are aware about dishonesty this dealership is running on.
I come over to get service on my car almost a year ago and they damaged a custom bracket I had in the front of the car, till today non the service department guy or the manager who he said it was aware of the damage had contacted me to fix it or have it replaced they texted me onece whit a picture of something similar but no what I had originally (custom made powder coated bracket) and they just don’t care about the costumers if anyone need a service drive a little further to Clearwater or Tampa
I brought in my M Benz AMG GLC 63 Coupe 2019 for service , Just walk in my right front tire had a nail. Was loosing air, I was told they can't fixed it, I have to buy a new tire! $450+ tax! + Alignment $180+ tax! A bit surprised and disappointed! I ask for my old tire back they were hesitant! and they said ok, so the Service Associate put it in the plastic bag after that in the trunk,a week later my husband took the tire to a tire service to fix it to use as a spare tire if we need it!
