Crown Electric has been doing electrical repairs and installations in our house at various times over the past 30 years, most recently replacing a thermostat for floor heating in our home. In every instance, they have scheduled service quickly, and are knowledgable and thorough. Both the owners and employees have been a pleasure to deal with, and take time to explain things.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company. I was overcharged for the service provided, and new and unused parts from my faulty fan were taken. This was never discussed or approved. Transparency and trust are very important when hiring a tradesperson, and in my experience, both were lacking here. I will never use this company again.
I hired Crown Electric Ltd for several residential and commercial projects, to improve the lighting and security for both my home and my clinic. Called Crown Electric This Morning, was having problem with hydro at the house. Talked to the owner, and they sent over a person to check. Everything in the house was OK and they think it is a Oakville Hydro problem. Will be using this company again. I Highly Recommend Them.
