I am writing to review realtor Mark Noriega, with Crown Double K Realty from whom I purchased a home with cash, without any loans. Prior to the purchase, I had the house inspected, but since I lived out of state at the time, I didn't thoroughly examine the property. After moving in, I discovered glass in the grass, which Mark Noriega attributed to a broken outdoor light. Is it protocol to show up to a house that isn't being foreclosed on and bother the homeowner? Zillow specifically says not to bother the homeowner and it's trespassing.
