Bought a truck three weeks ago at Fayetteville Dodge. I called multiple times today seeking help with an issue. I have been ignored and hung up on. How RUDE! Now that l purchased the vehicle no one there seems to care about customer service. I have been reaching out to them for assistance all day today and not one person manager or otherwise has reached out to me. Draw your own conclusions.
Not recommended to buy used vehicles from here. I was told the vehicles get a thorough inspection. The mechanic I took our vehicle to said it was obviously rewired incorrectly as a quick inexpensive fix. It took almost $3000 in repairs.
