They completely screwed my truck over. Not to mention my pockets. So, I WENT in to get it touched up. Terry was the main person I spoke with, VERY RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL and HATEFUL. Never had a problem with anyone like I did him. I went to get my paint on my truck touched up and some tires replaced. He had me waiting 2 weeks for tires. Never touched up my paint. My experience with this dealership was disappointing. During the sales process, I was promised something that was important to my purchase decision. After the sale was completed, that promise was not honored. I understand that misunderstandings can happen, but when a commitment is made to a customer, it should be followed through or clearly documented in writing.
