I had an absolutely lovely experience at this practice today! Aside from getting my molar pulled of course, lol. But Dr.Hong made the entire experience as pleasant and easy as possible! He was very kind and understanding, as well as completely non-judgemental. I would absolutely come back. And the receptionist was also very nice as well!
I was genuinely impressed by the level of care I received today. The dentist was highly skilled, efficient, and precise, while also taking the time to explain everything clearly and make me feel at ease. The procedure was smooth, virtually painless, and far easier than expected. I truly appreciated the professionalism and excellent care i received from the entire office.
