They did business with Heights. Enough said. The way your loved ones were treated there is a joke.
I’d give them zero if that was an option. My mom passed away 4 years ago and we were recommended them as a middle man to get my mother cremated. Kelly seemed exceptionally professional until it came down to us waiting for my mother. She grew tired of me and my family calling and hounding them for my mother’s remains. Absolutely disgraceful. Even passed on, a human is still a human. The way they treat your loved ones bodies at this “buisiness” is disgusting and will have you mortified. They leave coffins on the floor in the dirt field, bugs everywhere, bodies wrapped in sheets faces exposed!
I wish I could give 0 stars! This place is so unprofessional and RUDE. The owner has 0 compassion for those who just lost a family member. They did not have everything ready on time as promised, and they did not care and brushed it off as “oh well.” I have never dealt with such an unreasonable and unprofessional company. Do not waste your time or your money here.
