If I could leave NO stars, I would. Under recommendation from hospice where my brother resided in a dementia facility, I went to Crown Cremation. Kelly took care of the cremation and I just assumed it was done there. Maybe it was ignorance on my part for assuming. Brother passed March 4th.2024 and picked up remains March 14th. They did business with Heights. Enough said. The way your loved ones were treated there is a joke.
I’d give them zero if that was an option. My mom passed away 4 years ago and we were recommended them as a middle man to get my mother cremated. Kelly seemed exceptionally professional until it came down to us waiting for my mother. She grew tired of me and my family calling and hounding them for my mother’s remains.
