Great staff and place to live and raise your kids, pet friendly. Reasonably priced as well.
I have been here for over 16 years. That, in itself,should speak volumes. The current staff is unparalleled in competence and friendliness as well as promptness. For example, the manager, BJ, when in the apartment for an annual inspection,noticed that my air conditioner was starting to fail. He put in a work order for me and I got a new one, right before the heat wave hit. BJ, and Morgan before him,are managers par excellance.
I’ve been here since 2019 and have had a great experience! The location is convenient, the price is affordable, and staff is always kind and helpful! Layouts are perfect for small families or single renters. The courtyard is always lively and neighbors have always been easy to get along with. You get what you pay for at Crown Court; you’ll have less amenities than a new build or a “luxury” apartment, but it’s perfect for the price if you want an easy to care for apartment!
