Condo itself is nice but the maintenance here is utterly useless. I pay $2275 in rent monthly and it has been impossible to get someone in here to take a look at my faulty dryer, all they did was send me emailed instructions after 2 weeks of ignoring my work order, emails, and calls. I had to reach out to management and ask to speak to the landlord before I heard back. Edit: It’s been 4 weeks and still hasn’t been resolved
I’m about to move in tomorrow, and hopefully everything‘s good. I really liked the tour.
I am really happy with the service. Brooke was really great and helpful with all my doubts and made the process so much easier.
