This is by far the best experience I have ever had with an auto-body shop. I dropped my car off to have the damage assessed and an estimate done and came back a few hours later to find that the issues had been largely fixed free of charge! Mark provided me with options for more extensive repairs that would involve replacing (expensive) parts, but noted it wasn't necessary to pursue those right away or ever as the aesthetic issues are so minor. After the repairs that were made to our car it looks brand new. Pricing is very reasonable and it is clear that the owner and his team take great pride in their workmanship. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for autobody work. 10 stars

I had some scuffs and scratches along the driver's side of my vehicle involving both the front and rear doors. Chris was able to restore the original finish without having to do a costly paint job. I am delighted with the result and grateful for the prompt, professional and personal service I received.
Took my Subaru Outback to Crown Collision for multiple small rust spots on tailgate of my car. They fixed every spot and some I didn’t see! When I picked up my Subaru it was completely cleaned inside and out. Tires looked brand new again and the floor mats cleaned to new looking. Everything in the car was spotless. Crown Collision is definitely the best in the business. Thanks to all employees.
