I would avoid Crown dealerships at all costs. Learn from my mistake. I bought a brand new truck there and it’s already been in the shop 3 times. They have no idea when it will be fixed. Extremely unresponsive.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. My car has been at this shop for over two months, and communication has been nearly non-existent. They consistently fail to return phone calls, and no one besides the receptionist is ever available to speak with. The updates I’ve received have been vague, repetitive, and often misleading, promising completion dates that come and go with no progress or explanation.
