Exceptional Bedside Manners I took my cat to Crown City Veterinary for the basic check up and to have her teeth checked. They were extremely accomodating when making the appointment time and once we saw the doctor and staff, we knew we where in good hands. My cat needed her teeth cleaned and they provided excellent care for her and it made marked improvement for my cat as well. PROS: Location CONS:
I'm soooooooooo happy . . . to have found Dr. Tyson!!!! I wasn't referred, but found her Medical Group to be the closest for a 2nd opinion and 2nd estimate of fees for dental surgery for my dog on the Internet. I was given an appointment within 2 days, was VERY impressed with Dr. Tyson--caring, friendly, courteous . . . She explained what needed to be done MUCH better than the 1st opinion . . . and what REALLY blew me away--her FINAL cost was $200 LESS than the LOWEST estimate range of the 1st vet!!!! Go figure!!! Wonderfull care for all my animals. I trust my animals to the care of Dr Tyson for several reasons.They have a great staff , they go out of there way to answer all my questions about my animals. My dog was not eating acting tired and had skin legions. When I called to make an appointment they were very prompt to find the earliest available time for me to see Dr Tyson. My visit's have been wonderful In the past four years that Dr. Tyson has treated mt pets I've never had her not remember her recommendations made. I also know Dr. Tyson is an outstanding veterinarian,and I find it hard to believe that she would recommend a client to buy over the counter medications (Like the anonymous review states) for a true disease.Within the past four years I have seen changes in her staff as well,but i think it has always been for the better of the clinic.On my behalf I have never had any complaints. THANK YOU! What a fantastic pet center!!! If you haven't seen or been to this veterinary clinic, I would recommend it even if a commute is involved. It is spotless, and the staff is incredible! My dog had a difficult problem, and the staff immediately called the veterinarian in (Dr. Tyson) who had my pup on the way to normal so quickly. She was so knowledgeable! Thank You! Great Vet for all kinds of animals! I have three dogs, 1 cat a bunny & a Guinea pig. All of my animals are healthy and happy because of the exceptional care given to them by Dr. Tyson and her staff. Dr. Tyson has never given me a bogus diagnosis. My first visit with my dogs, she immediately diagnosed an issue we had been dealing with for YEARS with two of our dogs. Beware! Do not be seduced by the superficial appeal of Dr. Tyson's charming personality. She has proved to be uncaring, incompetent and unethical. I am much happier since I took my dogs to the vets at Foothill Veterinary hospital, where the vets will return my phone calls, personally explain lab results, and thoroughly discuss proposed treatment options. Tellingly, since I have been taking my dogs to Foothill, the costly "diseases" previously diagnosed by Dr. Tyson, have magically disappeared. My dogs are doing great without... read more
