It's been 2 years since I've been there, but the salad bar was pretty extensive and the freshest I've ever experienced. The broasted chicken is the best I've ever had and will keep me coming back. The seats are wooden and not the most comfortable and service is adequate. Since it's a buffet and you mostly serve yourself. They have a great variety of delicious looking food at the buffet, but I have to fill up on the chicken, because it's the only place I know to get it and I have to wait a year or two at a time.

You get what you pay for... it's about half the price of better water park hotels like great wolf lodge and Boyne. We booked online and added the monopoly game package, upon arriving we had to argue to get the game they wanted us to pay twice. After that we went up to our room to find it not only outdated (which I can handle) but unclean. We had a two room suite which was not vacuumed the beds were poorly made with black debris on some of the pillows and a large, what I hope was chocolate, brown smear on the comforter. Front Desk Staff is not very welcoming & never actually heard them say 'hi' or welcome' to any guest. The housekeeping & general staff wear street clothes with no badge- so how do u know who actually works there? Room- clean; we had a beach view-which was amazing doing yoga in the mornings watching the sunrise. Bedside lamp wasn't working & bathtub drained slow both were fixed by the time we came back a few hrs later that day. I did need to leave a note to replace the plastic drinking cups. Bathroom- needs updating; tile is ... read more

Very poor customer service. Booked for 3 nights. Charged for 2. So then they said we were trying to get a free night. Didn't realize what happened. So, with "their mistake" basically told us to pay up or go elsewhere. Very rude. Recommend to anybody, go elsewhere. Horrible staff. Very rude and condescending.
