I had an appointment for a test drive and drove 40 minutes just for the sales person to tell me "sorry, we just sold it" after they took the car out of storage and parked it in front of my current car. I don't understand who falls for this stupid sales strat. What were you going to do? Try and sell me a SUV when I went in for a sports car? Any self respecting person wouldn't give you a second more out of their day.
I leased a Cadillac Vistiq on September 16, 2025, and since day one this vehicle has had serious defects that Cadillac and the dealership failed to disclose. The windshield wipers do not function properly. They only work on HIGH or OFF—there is no delay mode and no rain sensor functionality, which is a major safety issue. Love my 2023 Volkswagen ID.4 AWD Pro Plus purchased got from Crown Cadillac for a great price! Have had it for 2 months and have had no issues. Jack was very helpful showing us the car and answering my follow-up question- since I live in NY they had to coordinate out-of-state plates and the process went very smoothly.
