We couldn't be happier with the quality of our build with Crown, having now had our house for about 5 months.....so we have no hesitation in highly recommending them to anyone building on NE or Northern Victoria. My initial interaction with Crown was to seek support in obtaining a building permit from various planning authorities for a challenging location. The authorities raised several concerns, but with the professional advice from Crown and other experts we successfully secured the planning permit.. Living on the other side of the country for the duration of our build and building for the first time, we really wanted a builder we could trust and was great with communication. Our experience with Crown meet our expectations and even though there were a couple of issues along the way, they were always quick to respond and rectify.
