I wouldn't take my truck anywhere else!! The service team at Crown is second to none. They were communicative and responsive and got my truck back to me in no time... I would give them 10 stars if I could!
I went to Crown Buick GMC for my 20,000 mile service and oil change. My Service Advisor was Jacquel Waller. Jacquel was very friendly and professional and was very thorough in explaining to me what they were going to do. During the 2 1/2 hours that I waited, Jacquel updated me on the progress. It was a very good experience getting my truck serviced and tires rotated.
