My service representative, Jose Castillo, was knowledgeable, professional, and attentive to every step of the repair process for me. He arranged for my ride to and from the dealership, since the infotainment system needed special tech diagnostics, parts, and installation. So, I now how have the speed sign icon back, the navigation system up and running, just like new. I have a 2021 GMC Sierra 1500, and the cost was covered fully under warranty.
