Service was excellent. Kim is very efficient and personable. She answered all of my questions. I am a very satisfied customer.
I brought my buick in for service recently. There was a mix up in service orders which delayed the completion of service on my vehicle. Kimberly Moore ,my service adviser cleared up the the mix up and completed the service on my vehicle. Kimberly handled the situation in a professional and timely manner which got me on my way. Service light on. Dropped at service center. Turbo replaced free due to a recall. Service advisor George Z was helpful and professional. Only downside was had to pay for rental car 4 days . Went back to receive my car , drove home, engine lite came on again have to bring car back next week for another issue covered by GM. Something about an EVAC leak.
I appreciated George's help and patience with me while I was in a quandary as to what to do. I also appreciate that the car is running great since the repair
