Harvey & Amanda were great to work with. Very knowledgeable and went the extra mile to keep us happy. Great products! Great service! Highly recommended. For sure coming back for next project. Had an issue with shower faucet , Harvey got the part right on time under warranty, great service! Will be back soon for the next bathroom.
Went to store to purchase new cartridge for my shower. Store told me that part is discontinued. Sold me a complete new system to install. I returned this item. Turns out I could get part needed on my own. Have installed it and it's great. Do not go there if you need help with parts.
We ran into MANY problems when installing the fixtures for our 4 piece bathroom from Crown Kitchen and Bath. Their willingness to help us on any of these situations was non-existent and their empathy for us with each problem was poor. Our experience is that customer service after purchase is poor. Buyer beware!!! Ask about returns, refunds and exchange policies before you buy anything from this store.
DONOT EVER GO TO THIS STORE I had a very bad experience at this store. The male sales staff was incredibly rude, arrogant, and disrespectful. I will not be returning to this location and cannot recommend shopping here.
Amazing Customer Service. I went into the store with some plumbing fixtures. Harvey looked it up and problem solved the issue. They could have made a purchase by having us unnecessarily buy replacements, but instead gave some advice and saved us over 1000 dollars. Excellent and Extremely Honest!
