Amazing Customer Service. I went into the store with some plumbing fixtures. Harvey looked it up and problem solved the issue. They could have made a purchase by having us unnecessarily buy replacements, but instead gave some advice and saved us over 1000 dollars. Excellent and Extremely Honest!
Crown Bath & Kitchen have an impressive showroom carrying quality products. We have purchased several items over the years. Harvey and Amanda are very helpful and knowledgeable. We had a couple of warranty issues which have been resolved quite easily.
I had a problem with my aqua brass cartridge temperature control. I called them up and they looked up and sourced the part for me and had it in stock, and his prices are amazing. they had one in stock and he went out out of his way to explain how the cartridge works to me. Much appreciated. Awesome customer service. would highly Recommend checking it out beautiful place.
Beautiful collection of high quality products. Amanda and Harvey are both very knowledgeable, patient and just overall very helpful. From start to finish, the whole process is very professional and smooth. I highly recommend Crown Bath and Kitchen!
