Tried the pulled pork, brisket, and ribs. All delicious, smoked excellently, and priced reasonably. Ribs and brisket were especially good and tender. I loved the peppery bbq sauce that came with them. Really appreciate that the owner rotates the menu based off of what he's feeling - I think that shows he's only into making food that he feels good about and it shows in the quality! Thanks for crushing my bbq craving!
Gave suggestion of freshest product pulled from the smoker. My daughter and I ordered the combo box, she loved the ribs but preferred the brisket and the pulled pork was my favorite hands down. Ordered the Cole slaw and potato salad- way too big of a side for us, but still delicious! Will be adding this stop to our annual dinners while on vacation. All 3 meats had a great Smokey flavor, tender and juicy.
My daughter and I enjoyed the combo platter and added a side of mac and cheese, the meats were smoky and had good bark, it was nice talking to the owner on site also. We would go back, the sauce is really good too!
AMAZING! Treated to a King Beef Rib today and wow — it literally was fall-off-the-bone goodness. Perfect smokiness and char. Best BBQ we’ve ever had.
