Professional Service I have been going to the service center for all my vehicles since I purchased my Chevy Impala from the dealership in 2005. Whether I have an appointment, or come unannounced, they always remember my name and fix it right the first time. They always give me a quote before they fix anything, and I always know what I am getting into before I get into it. Good service Department We ultilize this service dept. for the car we bought from them. Mostly it is just oil changes and those are completed in a timely manner, even on a drive in basis. The only repair we needed was correctly diagnosed and quickly repaired, at a reasonable cost. Staff have always been courteous and there is a waiting room with coffee, a TV and the daily paper.
Service Department Bought a loaded 07 Silverrado new from this dealership. The service department is the most incompetent I have ever experienced. Safety recall notice on this vehicle in Oct 08, it is now 1/09 still no parts available. one part warranty work needed. Part order on 10/28/08, still no part available on 1/14/09. The work that was done was so sloppy I would have thought they did it in the backyard under a tree. This is not what I expect on a $42,000 pickup. Would never buy a vehicle from these people again.
