Very racist all white folks is on one side and any other race on the other side. Has really bad roaches in the apartment. People above and below you are always loud. Sent a email to managment and nothing was done. Wouldnt recommend any one to live there
One of the best apartment complexes in the city! They even bring in food trucks all the time and even give them some money upfront to provide discounted meals for their residents. A huge plus that they absolutely do not have to do. Highly recommend. Nice complex, well maintained and super helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommend

I’ve been living here for over a year now, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the management team. Tiffany and / Cydney are always professional, attentive, and goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel valued. Anytime I have a maintenance request or question, it’s handled quickly and efficiently.
They sent out a message about the apartment management pre paying $100 for the food truck that came to the area that day. I went out there early to try to get some free food and the receptionist ladies were already there. I watched them get two bags of food and drinks and walk back into their office. When I went to order food, there was no more money left and I had to pay for my whole order. It was supposed to be for the tenants so that was pretty crazy of them to do. Greedy af.
