Navigating the mental health system is extremely difficult. Crown was recommended to me by our school system, and it was the right fit. From my first call to admissions, counselors, tutor all were professional and helpful. Sarah Serrilla M.ED was our counselor and contact person and she is excellent! The environment is warm and friendly and makes all feel welcome. Everyone we dealt with during this hard time deserves five stars!
Great staff, kind, empathetic, helpful. This place is beautiful, I met so many amazing people here. Both staff and patients, people here are genuinely committed to helping young people!
Crown saved my little family, Sarah was a huge instrumental part of our journey, she supported us both in every single aspect. I felt like a failure of a parent even needing to find a program like this! From the moment I called and spoke to Justin I felt like I found our fit! The mental health stigma is real and the hands on approach and communication is absolutely amazing. To any parent feeling this way, CALL!!! I will forever be grateful for each relationship we have met along the way.
So thankful for crown adolescent health! They have provided comprehensive health services, community building, an excellent communication. Can’t say enough good things about how they’ve helped our family. And Randi rocks!! Justin Lawson offered us Incredible peace of mind and compassionate assistance as well. Thank you all.
