During the final signing of the paperwork, a charge for an "appearance warranty" totaling over $1000 was included without my prior knowledge or consent. When informed the dealer I didnt ask for this, it wasnt on the sticker, and I had no interest in this service, I was told that it was a mandatory, non-negotiable charge and could not be taken off the bill.This deceptive practice inflated the final price of the vehicle and forced me to pay for a product I did not want or agree to. Tim Smith Dealership is good to you until you buy their vehicle. That is when you find out the free oil changes they promise is pure 100 % BS. They are liars at best. Do not do business with Tim Smith Acura, you will be sorry if you do.

Spoke to this chick ******** who first lied and said they didn't do loaners then Said they didn't do the service I called about, put me on hold forever then said let me take your name and number somebody will call you back. Chick then proceeded to hang up until I called her out. Never asked for my number and I literally had to say, ummm shouldn't you take my number or hoe else are they going to call. BUYER BEWAREthis dealership engages in deceptive practices. We scheduled a test drive for a 2015 Acura MDX after confirming its availability multiple times, including while en route. We drove over 3 hours based on their assurances. When we arrived, the vehicle was suddenly missing. After 30 minutes of waiting, we were told it had likely been taken home by an employee. Scheduled a test drive a week in advance. Someone called me the morning of, confirming our appointment. We drove two hours from Philly for the test drive and were told the car sold the day before. The salesman ****** told us the car was sold and walked away mumbling. No alternative offer, no apology. Strongly suspect some discrimination was at play. For a spot that claims customer service is a top priority, ****** is a huge problem.
