Excellent! Samantha is incredibly attentive to patient needs and comfort. Staff provided helpful recommendations for me as a new resident. Everyone is pleasant and welcoming. Glad to place my dental health in Crown's hands!
I really recommend these folks! Sam and Dr Forkan were so kind and made me feel super comfortable. The lady at the front desk was very knowledgable about insurance and put me at ease. I came in for a teeth cleaning with an inkling that I had a cavity. That was confirmed, and they had time to treat my cavity right after my cleaning! Best dental experience I’ve had. Dr. Forkan and his assistant Tyler were awesome. I saw them because my previous dentist went out of network with my insurance carrier. Dr. Cody was upfront and honest with me about insurance issues and the possibility of him dropping my insurance soon as well. He and his assistant Tyler took the time to listen to my concerns and anxieties before getting started, and they showed genuine care and compassion for me throughout the entire process.
