I've been coming here a long time my doctor is good but trying to see her is a nightmare had an appointment at 10:15 came in 25 minutes early to update file and still waiting to see the doctor almost an hour after my appointment. Why bother giving an appointment time if you can't even come close. Im the customer my time is valuable I have other things to do
Dr. Ronkurtz is great. She listens to what you are saying and is compassionate. They make you feel welcomed.
My daughter went to Dr Claire Ronkartz cause she is gaining weight . She does not eat so why is she gaining weight ! Well Dr . Ronkartz gave her a weight watchers book and told her to count her points ! My daughter came home crying !!! I have never seen someone so unprofessional . I am beyond upset at the care she received .
