Internet mgr greeted me, introduced me to salesman. Everything was organized, poor salesman got wet reviewing car. I wasnt pushed the experience was wonderful in comparison to what I experienced after at another dealer. I called back over wknd and will pickup car today. The customer svc was excellent.
Very nice dealership! Online service rep. Daren was super helpful and set up my test drive and sales rep. at showroom was excellent - very knowledgeable! Car is in excellent condition - spotless, ran well etc. and they aren't even a Subaru dealership! I didn't buy but only because I'm acting spoiled - I wanted something to stand out about the car (leather, or sunroof, or nice color, or super low price) but it really is a good deal and nicely maintained. The car was first listed at over $8000.00. I offered them 7500.00 on 03/19/15. They wanted me to put a down payment to hold the car. I had other cars to look at that evening. On 03/21, the sales person called with a counter offer of 8300.00. I was looking at other cars for 7500.00. On 03/20, I received an email from Cargurus showing the car was reduced to 7994.00. If u buyng a use car and your credit is low or bad credit this dealer won't help unless u have a cosigner with perfect score if not don't waste your time
given Vin Number for vehicle, secured auto loan within 24 hours, they took a holding payment, then told me the auto was already sold.
