I have a 7 years warranty through Nissan on my 2021 nissan rogue. I schedule a service appointment and the front desk employee told me they can't give me service at that location I need to go back to the nissan location where I purchase my vehicle.

Called service department to see if there are any recalls on my vehicle ask about getting the front brake pads done no rotors the service advisor states that “it’s all or nothing” I didn’t even ask why and after he said that he also states because your rotors are probably illegal spec basically telling me that my rotors are too low to only have the pads replaced.
