The salesman, Javier did an excellent job answering all my questions and working with me to purchase the Rogue.
The service department at this dealership are nothing but crooks. They are lying, deceiving, and misleading people. I have been servicing my car at this Nissan dealer in the past 5 years and every time after they do the service, the car's computer shows up all kinds of codes. They are cutting corners when it comes to the service. They also are skimming on the service and in most cases, they do not do the service at all. I'm talking specifically about the oil change. Niko was great and easy to work with. Not pushy at all like other advisors. This was my first time bringing my vehicle to Crowley for service and I’ll definitely be coming back. I showed up over an hour early and they still took my car in right away. I was out in less than an hour—excellent service!
