I brought my vehicle in my 2015 Jeep grand Cherokee due to a noise and my front end. I was told the noise was from the struts and lower control arms. They replaced them with aftermarket parts not Jeep parts and then charged me additional 340 past what my warranty paid this was cash out of my pocket. When I picked up my car, it had the same sound. My first time buying from a dealer and I was not happy. I test drove a car and the only thing I asked was to have the dings pulled out, whether from the outside, inside, feathered/blended, whatever. I was assured they would be and when I picked up the car, there was white speckles all over the front (black car), the dings were not pulled out with poor excuses, price was jacked up almost $5,000 from what it started at without telling me what all these "add ons" were priced at, the inside was not detailed, smears all over the ... read more

I was a having a loud noise coming from under the hood of my vehicle. . The noise was louder during a cold startup in the morning. At the same time, they will have their fourth look at a problem of random jerking I experience during long distance driving. The service department advised it will best to leave the vehicle overnight . On my way over there, the vehicle started vibrating; did the same during the test drive. Started in July with a $1,000 front and rear break job for my Chrysler. No problems there. Within 2 weeks my front driver side break was screeching and stopping rough. I immediately called to get the vehicle back into the shop to be looked at. I made 10 calls and had no returns call made back to me. I went on the website to leave messages, no one contacted me back. Both Phil and Mike were unprofessional. Promised to have my ******** detailed before pick up and it is not as there are debris all in the inside and on the outside there is pollen from this years season. The undercarriage is dirty as well. I have been rushed through the paperwork and still do not know how much I even paid for the ******** sitting in my driveway that took days of driving my previous vehicle uninsured with them knowing this information and not offering me a rental. I bought a "certified pre-owned" 2013 J*** ******** from them back in October, in the two and a half months that I have had this car I have had to bring it back to them to for one reason or another. I have always heard good things about them, but lately I have been having more problems with the starter, breaks, doors and many other issues. The customer had a blinker bulb that went out and a security light that came on while under their 60 day used car warranty. The repairs were completed no charge to the customer. The vehicle was in our shop Yesterday 1\7\19 For a brake issue we found that one of the front calipers has failed. We replaced the caliper under the customers service contract with a 100.00 deductible per the contract. The used car warranty is now expired. The definition of bottom notch service, highly recommend thinking twice before having your vehicle serviced with this dealership. Would go as far as to recommend using any other garage as it can not get any worse. Dropped my **** off for service, found out it was a bad fuel pump, dealer ordered part, part came in and then started receiving the run around when I would call and check to see if the fuel pump was installed yet.
