the staff outed me in front of everybody while she thought I was sleeping and couldn't hear her after I told her I prefer a different name. and more of the staff are extremely homophobic and most of them are disrespectful and are rude.
My nefew goes there he is mentally ill they not much help poor service in and out mentally hospital
Some of the staff here is great. Polite. But enough of the nurses and specifically the doctor I see have been extremely unprofessional. I am consistently spoken to like I am stupid or do not understand the medications I take. This rudeness has only stopped when bringing my partner into appointments with me. As I am typing this up, I have been calling my pharmacy and this clinic back and forth for a week now to get my medication refilled. I keep being told that it will be authorized "tomorrow" or "in a few days." I can NOT go... read more
