My company brings our vehicles here and these guys and ladies are the absolute best and super friendly Joe is the GOAT
I'm happy I brought my jeep wrangler here for an oil change, tire rotation, brake fluid flush and multipoint inspection service. I got a report showing tire depth and brake pad thickness measurements and other checks. Joe in service helped with the process, and other service agents were friendly and attentive; I waited in the guest space while work was done. Free coffee, chocolate drink, wifi and snacks. I got a free car wash card; It needed it. I'm also glad a loaner is available if I need be. Thank you!
So my experience really wasn’t the best experience because I really didn’t go in, but just trying to find parking to get in I need to get my car serviced and I can’t even figure out how to get in. there was no clear way and how to get into the service part area. I drove around the whole building twice and couldn’t figure it out so I left the parking lot and went home and that’s why they got two stars especially because I couldn’t find a place to park.
I brought in my RAM 1500 for service and was pleasantly surprised with the customer service provided by Nick. Would certainly recommend them to anyone that needs work done. I appreciate your help Nick!
BUYER BEWARE!!! If I could give this dealership zero stars, I would. They are a rip-off, selling damaged new vehicles and lemons. The customer service is terrible, and they add a lot of unnecessary fees. Always ask for a full breakdown when getting the numbers on any car. The service is also poor; technicians often don't complete the work when you bring your car in for service.
