And mister Harry I think is your name, maybe you should retired, politely since I have some degree before you get a heart attack or go back to school, even though they don’t teach people how to have some customer service or how to treat your employees in a better way. They are terrible crooks and they told me that my car does not light up because you need to replace the batteries and some more bullshit and then I went to the car and lit it without any problem. They wanted to rob me of over $1000, which is terrible
We purchased a “lifetime max care” Chrysler warranty. Chrysler, not aftermarket. 10 years later, we’ve replaced the engine, and transmission, and now the transmission is gone again. Warranty was a smart buy! Chrysler (Stellantis) decided not to honor our warranty this time, because the vehicle repair exceeded the vehicle value. They made a warranty buyout offer. We rejected the offer. This is where Crowley failed….. Either they didn’t send our refusal of the offer back to Chrysler, or they ignored it and didn’t respond back ... read more
After visiting several shops that wouldn’t take my truck because of its size, I finally found a place that truly went above and beyond. Amber and Joe in the service department listened to my situation, took the time to understand my needs, and got right to work on fixing my truck’s alignment. Their service was exceptional from start to finish—professional, friendly, and efficient. Thanks to them, my truck now drives perfectly straight, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend!
