Checked in at 12:59pm and my vehicle immediately taken into service as a “waiting”. At 2:45pm I was now late to pickup my children from school. The car was JUST being lifted with a response that the oil filter was changed only due to being short staffed. I’ve waited an hr in the past but this was extensive. Though close to home I cannot say I would recommend as a first choice. The advisor was very nice and attentive but I with better communication I could have made alternative arrangements.
I had a very bad experience with this company. They are extremely dishonest. I originally went there just for an oil change. They told me my brakes were bad, even though there were no warning lights on the dashboard. I trusted them and agreed to replace the brakes. After the service, I drove home, and the next day I noticed a squeaking noise coming from my car that was not there before.
