I had a horrible experience today at that dealership,Crowley ChryslerDodge Jeep Ram!. my service representative doesn’t seem to know what he’s doing, I declined a part and because of that a simple oil change turned into a four hour long wait, during the four hours long wait no updates nothing, it was not until i appeared to be going to the manager my service representative SETH ran after me saying my vehicle was ready. Terrible service! Worst dealership I’ve ever used.
Went to Crowley to get my dash codes reset and while in their possession they damaged front end of my Jeep Wagoneer. They denied liability. GO TO PAPAS!!!! Soo much better.
I had to drop my dodge off due to transmission problems and Joe Dulka came through with a last minute loaner car saving the day ! It’s a pleasure to work with people who get that life happens and help make best of the situation. Thank you Dodge and Joe !
