We purchased a “lifetime max care” Chrysler warranty. Chrysler, not aftermarket. 10 years later, we’ve replaced the engine, and transmission, and now the transmission is gone again. Warranty was a smart buy! Chrysler (Stellantis) decided not to honor our warranty this time, because the vehicle repair exceeded the vehicle value. They made a warranty buyout offer. Amber and Joe in the service department listened to my situation, took the time to understand my needs, and got right to work on fixing my truck’s alignment. Their service was exceptional from start to finish—professional, friendly, and efficient. Thanks to them, my truck now drives perfectly straight, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.
