Mack, the service technician, was on time, polite, friendly and very professional. He went the extra mile on a rainy day for our sprinkler startup and also did a great job last fall with tree roots blocking one of our zones. Would highly recommend using this sprinkler system company!!
We have never dealt with a more incompetent company. Crowley came to our home to turn on / fix our sprinklers after we moved into our home last year. Due to their incompetence, they had to come to our home FIVE times in a matter of four months, expecting us to pay the service fee each time for something they were unable to fix. We spent over $2000 for them to “fix” this system which is nearing the price of a whole new install. We had an irrigation system that hadn’t been used in over 7 years, which was getting minimal water pressure at the sprinkler heads. Alex came out and diagnosed the issue on the first try. Matt did the necessary line alteration, switched out the heads that needed to be replaced, and set the heads up to give us 100% coverage. Alex and Matt were both excellent, and knew what they were doing. Very happy we found Crowley, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Thanks guys!
I highly recommend Crowley Irrigation. I was mistaken about the system not running but Keith, our tech, was so kind to come back and explain and show me everything. Keith was very patient, professional, personable, very knowledgeable, and helpful. Lori was great with getting us scheduled, answering questions, and the importance of getting scheduled to have the system properly closed in the fall to prevent damage to the system through the winter.
