I use to swear this was the best dealership in CT, but in recent years there has been a huge decline. They no longer care about their customers after they sell you a car. I used to think the customer service was unmatched and now it’s out right terrible. They treat every customer different. We use to be able to use their courtesy vehicle or courtesy shuttle service, but this year they are saying they can’t drive far and never have a courtesy vehicle for me. I took my truck in for service there. Ram 2500 laramie diesel. They had it 3 weeks. Charged me $6000. I paid by credit card over the phone because I was going to pick it up after hours. When I picked it up? NOT ONE THING I paid them $6000 to do was fixed. It was a Saturday and they were closed. I disputed the charge with my cc company and called Crowley back on Monday. They took it for another 3 weeks. A couple things were fixed. I still had no heat. It still won’t pass emissions. Everytime I get it back, on top of the thing... read more
