I had the rear bumper on my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee repaired there this week. I couldn't be more happier on how it came out. Looks brand new. Thank you to Tony Mastroianni and the whole staff there. Everyone was so helpful and nice to work with.
My wife and I were rear ended at a stop light, and Tony Mastroianni at Crowley took care of everything from start to finish. I brought the car in, he took a quick estimate and walked me through the details and options. Took care of arrangements through insurance for estimate and rental. He arranged for a rental car to be there when I arrived. It only took a few days to order parts and a couple of days to piece the back and quarter panel back together. This past September I was involved in a minor accident that caused some damage to my bumper. I dropped my car off at Crowley Auto Body for repairs and they stayed in communication with me throughout the entire process. They worked with the other driver's insurance company, and even called Enterprise to pick up my rental when all the repairs were done. Everything went so smoothly and my car looks great. Definitely recommend!
