Rental unit 305 Farragut in Seacolony was satisfactory. I would not rent this unit again. Kitchen update is nice but other furniture, Wi-Fi, beds and broken amenities caused a “lack luster” impression. Beds are OLD and uncomfortable, lighting/electricity is lacking and we had ants. Crowley real estate agency was helpful and prompt with fixing ant problems and Wi-Fi. However the entire u it needs updating. Ocean view was spectacular. The house was a nice size and suited us but we felt that it needing updating. The living room couch and love seat was old and sits low (us older people often have difficulty getting up). The love seat had a hole in it where some of the stuffing was coming out. The two wooden rocker/swivel chairs had broken pieces at the bottom so we couldn't even sit in those. One of the windows and screen on the back enclosed porch was broken and letting in hot air.
This newly remodeled home is well designed, cozy and perfect for family dinners and game nights. Its decks provide opportunities for outdoor gatherings and moments of solitude and contemplation. The private beach is steps away. Highly recommend for small to medium sized families and groups.
We've been renting through them for over 30 years. Great service.
