Perfect location on the boardwalk. Unit is very dated and needs some simple upgrades. Remove carpet and install LVP, new mattress in bedroom. New screens. I knew going in the condition, but others may not be as forgiving. But the price can’t be beat!
Exceptional Service for both owners & renters! Crowley has been an absolute lifesaver for us as out-of-state owners of a rental property at the beach.
