They take great care of the property and maintenance is always prompt.
This place is incredibly crooked and shady. My father has been on the “waitlist” since 2019….yes 6 years. And has continually been moved to the end of the list with promises that he will be moved up. At the beginning of this year he was told that he was #2 on the list and he started to gather moving supplies to get ready to finally move to be closer to our family. No one ever answers the phone or is on site to talk to, how can we check on an application or waiting list?
Came here to help my mother find a place to live about 3 weeks ago. The woman in front was pretty rude to us and gave us an application and told us about the waitlist. My mom went on a trip for a week and since being back has been trying to submit her application and pay the fee. No one has been at the office. We tried to call and no answer but there are times when the office is open (Tuesday and Thursdays 8am to 4pm). My mother and I had such a pleasant experience this past Thursday while looking for senior living. This property nicely tucked away in a beautiful subdivision in Crowfield Green area. My immediate impression was 5 stars. Property - Nice and kept. The property manager and owners take pride in keeping things nice and it's evident!
