Several tenants have no heat, including me! The tenants at Crowell Park are not timid, there are elderly, chronically sick neighbors, immigrants that don't want to make waves. Some of my neighbors are Section 8. They don't want to speak up! It's illegal to charge rent and not give us a functioning furnace!! I was told, that I had to wait four month or longer. No promises, so we have to wait until next year!!! Left in the Cold At Crowell Park
