Our little RV tow car ( 1999 Suzuki Grand Vitrea) needed major surgery and Crowell Brothers was recommended to us. They did an excellent job and right now the car runs like a new one. Took about a month to get all the parts and repairs , but worth the wait. Lisa was great to work with. Very professional customer service. They will be our go to mechanic auto repair shop when we are in Ocean Shores. Head repair, radiator , water pump. It needed a lot.

Great people, excellent service. I was traveling through the area and needed some repairs. I got estimates at a couple other shops - as a female, solo traveler I have to be extra careful. I decided to use Crowell because they were very transparent with their pricing and service, and they just seemed trustworthy. Now a month later, no problems with my campervan. I totally recommend these folks! And my traveling companion thanks them too! We're happy to be back on the road to adventure!

Crowell Brothrs has the reputation if you need any electrical work, it’s the place to go. The reputation is well deserved. The new hire, I wish I remembered, I feel very bad not remembering, installed the system in my car at his previous place of employment and did an excellent job. He also did an excellent job at Crowell brothers fixing my fog lights and driving lights. I told him if it was an easy fix,fix fix it and hevdid

I took my truck into Crowell brothers and it ended up needing a new engine so they installed a new engine . Definitely had a great experience with this company, price was a little high but, the quality of their work is unbeatable.

My check engine light came on while I was traveling. I called to see if they could check the code and let me know what was wrong. They took their time to help me, ordered the parts and had it repaired for me the next day. I was very grateful for all they did. So helpful and caring. If I was local I would make them my mechanic of choice. They truly made me feel comfortable and confident in the repair.
