Our pump alarm came on and Tom Crowe was recommended to me from a local plumber. I left him a message and he called back almost immediately. We set appointment for next day at 8am and he was there. He made quick work of the repair, was very professional and neat. He only charged me for a service visit even though he made a repair.
Came out last monday gave us a estimate, came back the following Tuesday and when they said first thing in the morning they were not playing, they were here digging up my drive way at 7:00 a.m.!!!!
Terrible service. Never come out for their inspections, continually had to contact them. Rude person on the phone
