This is the second vehicle I have bought from Crowe! The customer service is awesome! Russ has become like family and is very caring and kind! My previous car was a Chevy and they took the time and effort to help me out when it was broke down! We will come back again for our next vehicle!!
We just bought a Ford Escape from Crowe. Jeff and Russ are the reason we buy Ford. This is our second Ford vehicle and as long as those two guys work there we will keep buying Fords. We buy cars because of the experience (and reliability) and the experience at Crowe is the best we have had anywhere.
