I had a number of problems with this company and do not recommend. First of all, I had them remove old countertops to be replaced. All i asked was that what was that the coverage be the same. After the template was measured they said that I needed a 10 inch rough cut back splash which I was charged for an additional 10 sq. feet. The existing backsplash was 6 inches so I was skeptical. HORRIFIC NIGHTMARE RUN AWAY as FAST as you can from this company. Our experience with Crowe has been very similar to the other reviews posted. Unfortunately, we did not read the reviews before doing business with them. It has been a living nightmare dealing with Crowe. We were wooed by the price of their quartz which was only by a few dollars from where we should have gotten our countertops. BIG MISTAKE.
