Owned this over $100 bit for a little over a month. This company took no responsibility for defective product but did forward complaint to manufacturer who gave an even worse response that Crowder did. This bit looked suspect from day one. The bit had paint flaking off in chunks. I will not do business here again as you can see this bit still had most paint on it and the manufacturers sticker. My response to owners response. We have been very impressed with Crowder Supply Company. They have a broad range of parts and components that we use regularly. They ship the orders promptly with extra care taken in packaging. Perhaps most importantly they are excellent communicators when an order needs clarification. We greatly appreciate the quality products and exceptional service that they provide.

I called them in a pinch and they got my jackhammer shipped out that day! Everyone was knowable, helpful, and pleasant. I will buy all my jackhammers from here in the future.
