Chris Roche and his team are the best. Fast and seamless process for financing commercial real estate
If I could give them zero stars I would. Every draw request was never on time. Took a week or more. Placed draw amounts in areas they pleased in order to make sense of their draw records (which are not correct) just to satisfy the higher ups. Draw request where always less than the amount needed. I believe they purposely make things difficult in order to see the borrower suffer or take longer on project so they can make more money.
